Application Fee:

$40.00 for one person          Processing fee is non refundable and is applied to the credit check.
$60.00 for two people           Processing fee is non refundable and is applied to the credit check.

Requirements:

Each prospective tenant should

1. One applicant must gross 80% of the monthly rent in one week.
2. Two applicants must gross 70% each of the monthly rent in one week.
3. Provide Social Security card and Drivers License to be copied in our office and be used for identification.
4. Provide two most recent pay stubs, W2 form to be copied or other source of income.

Deposit:

Once an application is approved a non refundable deposit of one months rent is required to hold apartment until move in date.  This must be in the form of a money order or cashiers check.

Pets:

Pets are welcome at our community with the following conditions:

1. A $250.00 non refundable pet deposit is required.
2. An additional $25.00 per pet per month rate is charged to the rental amount.

Short Term Leasing:

Short term leases are accepted based upon availability
3 Months are an additional $150.00 per month
6 Months are an additional $75.00 per month
